A: The minimum order quantity is low. 3-5 samples can be provided for inspection. The minimum order quantity for mass production is usually 1K per batch. We support trial run/PP run orders with a quantity lower than the minimum order quantity for MP.
Q4. How do you transport the goods and how long will it take to arrive?
A: Ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It takes 5-7 days to arrive. Air and sea freight are also optional.

A: Firstly, our products are produced under a strict quality control system, with a defect rate of less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the warranty period, we will send new LCD displays and small batches of new orders. For defective bulk products, we will repair and resend them to you, or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
