1.44 inch SPI TFT LCD ZIF Connection Product Introduction
SFTO144JY-7177AN is a full-color TFT LCD display with a diagonal size of 1.44 inches and a resolution of 128x128. This module supports SPI interface, making it very convenient for users to program and use. The module size of SFTO144JY-7177AN model is 29x34.41x2.2 mm, and the active area size is 25.5x26.5mm. Despite their small size, small TFT LCD screens are widely used in industries such as smart wearable devices, instruments, digital cameras, electronic tags, communication devices, and smart homes. This 1.44-inch small-sized TFT display SFTO144JY-7177AN adopts SPI interface (serial peripheral interface), which is a high-speed, full duplex, synchronous communication bus that only occupies four lines on the chip pins, saving space for chip pins and PCB layout.
The ST7735 controller is integrated into the module, with a logic power supply voltage range of 3.0V to 3.4V. It can operate within a temperature range of -20 ℃ to+70 ℃, and its storage temperature range is -30 ℃ to+80 ℃. The FPC of SFTO144JY-7177AN can be customized according to user requirements and can be equipped with newly designed resistive touch screen (RTP) or capacitive touch screen.
