RGB 9 Inch TFT with RTP Product Introduction
SFTO900SH-7170A4T is an 800 × 4800 high brightness TN TFT LCD display. The module size is 211.1(W)×126.5(H)×7.3(D) mm, with an effective area of 201.8 × 114.5 mm and a diagonal dimension of 9 inches. This TFT module adopts TN technology, with a typical aspect ratio of 4:3 and a wide viewing angle (70/70/50/70 degrees), which has a good cost advantage and enhances customers' visual experience of its products.
In addition, SFTO900SH-7170A4T offers three product features: high brightness (1000 cd/m2), high contrast (800:1), and anti glare. These features improve image display in complex lighting environments, enhancing the visual experience of customer products under various conditions.
The TFT module adopts 24 bit RGB interface (connector Hirose FT12A-50S-0.5H). The 9 inch series is an optional configuration for LVDS, MIPI, and RGB interfaces, depending on the requirements of the customer's MCU.

Note 1: Be sure to apply DVDD and VGL to the LCD first, and then apply VGH.
Note 2: DVDD setting should match the signals output voltage (refer to Note 3) of customer’s system board.
Note 3: DCLK,HS,VS,RESET,U/D, L/R,DE,R0~R7,G0~G7,B0~B7,MODE,DITHB.
Note 4: Typical VCOM is only a reference value, it must be optimized according to each LCM. Be sure to use VR.
