10.1 Inch TFT LCD Display 1280x800 Resolution With Resistive Touch Panel Product Introduction
SAEF Technology SFTO1010LX-7047A-T TFT LCD display is a 10.1inch IPS type full viewing angles screen with resolution of 1280x800 pixels. This TFT LCD Display Module supports 8 bits-LVDS interface. SFTO1010LX-7047A-T high brightness TFT LCD screen is 3.9V(Max value) for operating voltage. Vdd is from 2.3V to 3.6V.
SFTO1010LX-7047A-T is designed with Resistive touch panel, This TFT module is with 420cd/m2 luminance and it's Widely used in industrial meter and instruments, medical devices, GPS device, POS terminal, cash reader, scanner, home automation, conference phone, analyzers, home appliance, home automation, security system, etc.

Note 1: If Ta below 50ºC, the maximal humidity is 90%RH, if Ta over 50ºC, absolute humidity should beless than 60%RH.
Note 2: The response time will be extremely slow when the operating temperature is around -10℃, andthe back ground will become darker at high temperature operating.

Note 1: Be sure to apply VDD and VGL to the LCD first, and then apply VGH.
Note 2: VDD setting should match the signals output voltage of customer’s systemboard.
