SF-TC350H-9934A-N TFT LCD module is a 3.5” inch diagonal size HVGA portrait mode 320x480 full color display, SF-TC350H-9934A-N have another version which is with Resistive touch screen, model number is SF-TC350H-9934A-T, and it can be designed to be with PCAP whose part Number is SF-TC350H-9934A-CT. This module supports MCU 16 bits Interface. SF-TC350H-9934A-N model is having module dimension of 55.26(W) x 84.69(L) x 2.1(T) mm and active area size of 48.96 x 73.44 mm.
SF-TC350H-9496G-T is integrated with ILI9488 controller on module, and its logic supply voltage ranges from 2.6V to 3.4V. typical value is 3.2V.
The surface luminance is 200 cd/m2 (Nits).
