SAEF TECHNOLOGY SF-TC177L-9273A-T LCD touch screen is a 1.77 inch full TFT-LCD display with 128x160 resolution (128 horizontal by 160 vertical pixels array). This TFT LCD model supports SPI interface; the supply voltage (VCC) of driving LCD panel is from is 2.6V to 3.3V, typical value is 2.8V. It can be used in embedded systems, automation, GPS, medical equipment, industrial device, security equipment which requires TFT display in high quality and colorful image. SF-TC177L-9273A-T Resistive touchscreen TFT is with brightness 200 cd/m2 (typical value). It can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
