2.42" inch OLED Display, 2.42" OLED 128x64 Description
SAEF Technology UG-2864ASWPG01 is a 2.42" OLED display. It is made of 128x64 pixels with COG OLED structure. The UG-2864ASWPG01 2.42 inch OLED display is built-in SSD1309 IC, it communicate via 6800, 8080, SPI and I2C interface. These OLED COG modules are ultra thin, lightweight and low power consumption which is great for handheld instruments, meters, smart grid, IoT, etc.
The OLED module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -40℃ to +85℃.
SAEF Technology's graphic OLED display are available in three mechanical structures include COB, COG and TAB passive matrix technology. Available graphic monochrome OLED resolution in 50x16 OLED graphic display, 64x128 OLED, 100x16 OLED, 100x32 graphic OLED, 200x16 graphic OLED, OLED 128x32, OLED display 128x64, OLED 128x128, and 256x64 OLED Display. The graphic OLED display in the SAEF product range have on-board controllers and interfaces include parallel, serial, and I2C OLED, SPI OLED. These OLED display modules have driven voltages of 3V, or 5V depending on resolution/color.

Power down and Power up Sequence:
To protect OEL panel and extend the panel life time, the driver IC power up/down routine should include a delay period between high voltage and low voltage power sources during turn on/off. It gives the OEL panel enough time to complete the action of charge and discharge before/after the operation.
Power up Sequence:
1. Power up VDD
2. Send Display off command
3. Initialization
4. Clear Screen
5. Power up VCC
6. Delay 100ms
(When VCC is stable)
7. Send Display on command
Power down Sequence:
1. Send Display off command
2. Power down VCC
3. Delay 100ms
(When VCC is reach 0 and panel is completely
discharges)
4. Power down VDD
Precautions for Storing OLED Module
1. When storing the OLED modules, the following precautions are necessary.
i. Store them in a sealed polyethylene bag with the desiccant.
ii. Store them in a dark place. Do not expose to sunlight or fluorescent light, keep the temperature between 0℃ and 35℃, and keep the relative humidity between 40%RH and 60%RH.
iii. The polarizer surface should not come in contact with any other objects (We advise you to store them in the anti-static electricity container in which they were shipped).
2. Others
i. If the OLED modules have been operating for a long time,it will cause brightness decay. It is no recommended to showing the same display patterns for a long time, otherwise the display patterns may remain on the screen as ghost images and it is unrecoverable.
ii. To minimize the performance degradation of the OLED modules resulting from destruction caused by static electricity etc., exercise care to avoid holding the following sections when handling the modules.
- Exposed area of the printed circuit board.
-Terminal electrode sections.
